4. Hula hooping is an underrated sport
Hula hooping takes a lot of coordination between muscles such as the hip and abdominal muscles. It's especially good exercise if you have weak joints. Many people like to use weighted hula hoops but I just stick with my glitter one. Hula hooping is something I like to do when I am stressed or feeling anxious. If you have anxiety I think that hula hooping could be beneficial because it is a very monotonous and calming activity.
